Yes. Aries Energy’s second-party inspectors perform stage-wise inspection and FAT witnessing at vendor facilities, verifying the equipment against project drawings, QCPs/ITPs, and the applicable international standards before release. Inspectors hold API, CSWIP, and BGAS/NACE certifications and can mobilize across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. This lets a contractor confirm quality compliance without sending in-house staff to the vendor’s site.
The audit assesses the vendor’s infrastructure, production capability, and quality management systems to confirm they can deliver to contract requirements. This is typically performed before order placement or at contract kickoff, alongside vendor validation and material traceability checks, so the client can identify capability gaps before committing production slots. Findings feed into the ongoing surveillance plan for the order.
Aries Energy’s expediting service tracks production status against the vendor’s schedule and flags bottlenecks as they emerge, rather than after a milestone is missed. Combined with manufacturing surveillance of welding, coating, and testing activities, this gives early visibility into slippage so corrective action can be taken while the order is still in progress. It does not replace the vendor’s own schedule but provides independent verification of it.
Aries Energy’s inspectors carry API, CSWIP, BGAS/NACE, and Aramco approvals, which allows deployment on projects requiring Aramco-approved third-party inspection. This is relevant for EPC contractors bidding on Saudi Aramco or similar operator-approved vendor lists where inspector credentials are a pre-qualification requirement.
