FAQ

Aries Energy performs pad eye load testing using a Portable Pad Eye Load Tester rated up to 63 tonnes and can deploy rope access techniques instead of conventional scaffolding. The service covers pad eyes, foundation bolts, lashing hooks, and runway beams, helping reduce access requirements for elevated or difficult-to-reach locations.

Aries Energy Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) wire rope testing system performs non-destructive inspection on round, flat, and rubber flat wire ropes from 8 mm to 64 mm diameter at inspection speeds up to 2 m/s. The method detects defects without requiring special rope preparation.

Aries Energy performs proof load testing and monitoring for cranes, derricks, lifeboat davit systems, offshore and land rigs, vessels, and barges. Load testing verifies equipment performance under controlled conditions, confirming lifting systems can safely withstand their rated working loads beyond what a visual inspection can identify.

Aries Energy lifting equipment inspection body holds EIAC and ENAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and is also a full member of LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association). These accreditations support the credibility and recognition of Aries' lifting equipment inspection reports for UAE regulatory and industrial requirements.
